2025-07-04Extremely disappointed with the platform execution. The latency is quite high during the US market open, leading to massive slippage on execution orders. To make matters worse, spreads widen dramatically, sometimes up to 10 times the normal range, rendering my short-term strategy completely unprofitable. I filed a query with customer support, but they dismissed it citing standard market terms. Definitely not a suitable broker for fast scalping or automated trading.
